Rusli Ignatius
Rusli was an Indonesian Team member from 1986-1988 and USA National Coach between 1995 & 2004. He has played for USA from 1989 till 1997. Currently he lives in Southern California and coaches at The Orange County Badminton Club.
Cai Zi Min
Cai Zi Min played for China from 1973-1978. He was the National Coach of Nigeria and then Thailand between 1980 & 1994. Cai Zi Min was a USA National Coach between 1995 & 2004. Currently he lives in Southern California and coaches at The Orange County Badminton Club.

Andy Chong
Andy played for Malaysia since he was fifteen years old in various tournaments including the Commonwealth Games. He won the Asian Men's Singles and was also a member of BAM's Elite Project 88. Andy also won over ten US National titles. He was a USA National Coach and also coached in Sweden. Andy was named as US Development Coach of the Year in 1999. He works for Bose and is currently the Maugus Club Pro in Massachusetts.
Wendy Carter
Wendy played for Canada from 1974-1984. She holds a Level 4 Coaching Certification. Wendy has played in several Uber Cup and Commonwealth Games and was the highest Pan-American Zone women singles world ranked player (3rd) in 1978. She has coached and managed various Canadian national badminton teams.

Melinda Keszthelyi
Melinda played for Hungary from 1989-1999. Among her achievements are: 1995 Hungarian International singles quarterfinalist, 1996 Slovenia International Women's Doubles Champion and Women's Singles Bronze Medalist. She currently works as professional coach for the North Shore Badminton Association and resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
Kevin Hussey
Kevin is an educator by profession. He has played at various levels. Kevin is now devoted to coach education and junior development. He conducts courses regularly for the AADPERD and Illinois Regional Physical Education and has presented at Kyung He University in South Korea.
Joy Kitzmiller
Joy Kitzmiller played for the United States from 1984 to 1994 and again in 2002. She played in 7 Uber Cups competitions. Joy Kitzmiller also played in the 1992 Olympics when badminton made its debut. She was the US Women's Singles Champion in 1987, 1988, 1992, and 1994 and also the US Women's Doubles Champion in 1991 and 1992. Besides the Olympics, Joy Kitzmiller also played in the 1987 World Championships and in the 2001 Sudirman Cup - World Mixed Team Championships. She currently resides in the Manhattan Beach area of California where she helps in coaching.
SPECIALIST COACHES
Tony Gunawan
Tony played for Indonesia from 1992- 2000 and is the winner of numerous titles including two World Championship titles and an Olympic Gold in Men's Doubles. He has coached and played for USA since 2001. Tony is currently studying in Orange County, California and coaches at The Orange County Badminton Club.
Bang Soo Hyun
Bang Soo Hyun played for South Korea from 1988-1996. She was also South Korean Specialist Singles Coach between 2000 & 2002. Among her many achievements are: 1996 Olympic Women's Singles Gold medalist, 1995 World Championships Women's Singles Bronze Medalist, 1994 Asian Games Women's Singles Gold Medalist, 1993 Sudirman Cup - World Mixed Team Champion and 1992 Olympic Women's Singles Silver medalist. Bang Soon Hyun currently resides in Shreveport, Louisiana and works on IBF and Pan-Am projects.
Halim Haryanto
Halim played for Indonesia from 1995-2004 with various partners. He formed a very potent partnership with Tony Gunawan. Halim has won numerous tournaments including the prestigious All England and World Championships in 2001. He currently coaches at The Orange County Badminton Club.
Kevin Han
Kevin is a three time (1996, 2000, & 2004) U.S. Olympian. He was the Pan-Am Games Badminton Gold Medallist in 1999 and 2003. Kevin was the U.S. National Mens Singles Champion in 1994, 1995, 1997-1999 and 2001-2002. He is a versatile player and was the U.S. National Doubles Champion in 1996, 1997, 1999, 2001, 2002 and 2004. Kevin currently works with the United States Olympic Committee and lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Cindy Shi
Cindy played for China from 1987-1991. She was a member of the victorious Chinese Uber Cup Team in 1990. Cindy was the U.S. National Women Singles Champion several times. Cindy came back from retirement to help the U.S. Uber Cup Team qualify for the 2006 Uber Cup Finals in Japan. She is married to Kevin Han and lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
